CMP Sponsors Change With Mental Health Charity

We’re delighted to announce Anxious Minds as our chosen charity, as voted for by our staff. We have set ourselves an ambitious target of £25,000 to raise over the course of the next 12 months.

As access to affordable counselling services is more crucial than ever, funding is essential, yet it doesn’t receive the attention it deserves. Anxious minds are an organization based in the Northeast that focus on providing support and services for individuals affected by various mental health conditions.

To mark the start of Mental Health Week, we will be running a host of activities to help make a start towards our fundraising target. These activities include a raffle with prizes, dress down days with donations and drop-in sessions with Anxious Minds to provide tips to staff on mental health.

Since 2015, Anxious Minds have delivered 107,899 counselling and support group sessions supported supporting children, adults, and veterans through initiatives available to communities are support groups, therapy sessions, helplines, workshops, and online resources for anyone with anxiety disorders or other mental health conditions.
